Adoption Application
The goal of Ruff Road Rescue is to set our dogs up for lifelong success which starts with placing them in the best home. Our dogs have had a "ruff" start in life and deserve nothing but the best. The application will give us an opportunity to understand your needs and what you are looking for in a new companion.
Please be honest when answering all of the questions. This will help us determine which dog will make a great addition to your family. We do not do out of state adoptions, adopters must be over the age of 21, and dogs are only placed in homes with secure backyards (no apartments). Ruff Road Rescue reserves the right to deny any application based on the application itself or the home check.
