Hi, I am Elsa and I am an adorable 14 months old brindle pit mix young lady who would just love, love, love to be your new best friend. Elena, my current foster mommy saw me on the Elist at Maricopa County Shelter a month ago. Elena came and took me home just hours before they were going to put me down, fed me a lot, gave me antibiotics as i was very sick and very very skinny, gave me a warm bath, took me on walks to the park, gave me peanut butter treats, and now that I am in the best shape and best spirits of my life, I can't wait to meet you, lick your face and cuddle in your lap as you are taking you and me home.

I am very well behaved, very smart and obedient, eager to learn more, I already know to go potty and go through the doggy door and how to walk on a leash., i love going on walks, playing with my toys, chewing on my rawhide is my favorite thing to do that of course besides riding in the car, I LOVE riding in the car, best thing ever! I am healthy, all shots up to date, spayed, dewormed, clean, loving and i have a chip so if you lose me I can come right back.

Since my previous owner didn't care much for my social skills, I am now in training with these amazing people at Sundog Canine Training for another 3 weeks so I can be the perfect lady. I am working on finding out what I like and dislike, so Ron can give you updates on how I am doing. You can come see me in the meantime though, as I cannot wait to meet you too :-)

Jake is the gorgeous all black pittie boy we rescued a month ago from the Maricopa Shelter. He has since been in the best foster care ever and is now ready to find his forever home. Jake has been thoroughly observed by his foster Daddy and assessed by a professional trainer and has received very positive feedback, which is why he would really love it if you forwarded this message and helped find his new loving family.

Jake has been living with 2 pugs and a cat and has been assessed to be a very obedient, focused and active dog, he is very eager to learn and be trained, and he is very very loving. His favorite thing to do is to hang out on the couch right next to you watching TV. Although he gets along great with the two pugs, he requires proper introduction to any other animals as well as proper supervision. He loves to be in a boys club so he prefers male friends and should avoid small dogs as well as cats.

He's wonderful with kids and people, loves to cuddle and go on walks. He is about a year and a half old ,has been neutered and first two sets of shots complete . He is one big lover boy !
