Pennie
'Our lives changed the day we adopted Pennie from Ruff Road Rescue. The decision was easy knowing we could make a difference in this pup's life. Little did we know that she would be the one making such a difference in ours!!! Pennie is the definition of love and happiness, and we feel blessed to have her as a part of our family. Currently we are enrolled in puppy obedience class at Villa La Paws and thriving! We are so grateful to Ruff Road Rescue for bringing Pennie into our lives.'
Aubrey and Louie Martinez, Phoenix, AZ
Hugs to you and all your doggies!!!!
Moose
Moose, adopted in January by good friends of Ruff Road.
Moose was rescued by backyard breeders with his sisters Stella and Pennie. Moose has been a bit of a handful, but has started puppy training and is doing so well. His parents take him to the dog park frequently and does very well. He also has a small little brother dog. Moose loves to play and get into things! Although he is so cute, its hard for his parents to get mad!
Lacey
Miley, now called Lacey is living in Northern AZ. She is an only puppy right now, but has lots of friends she visits everyday. Her new owners son, just adopted one of Karma's Puppies Mazie, now named Chloe. She also gets to play with 4 other dogs daily at the neighbors house. Her new owner loves her and couldn't be happier with Lacey.
Bruno
Bruno was the 2nd of Karma's Puppies to be adopted. He went to a great home with a older Pittie Sister named Misty! She is showing him the ropes of being a lazy pup!
Stella & Frankie
Stella was adopted to a nice family in Flagstaff. She has 2 kitty friends and kids to play with! She is enjoying the snowy weather! She is growing and super happy in her forever home!
Update! The Mowl family adopted Frankie as well during the Flagstaff Rescue Round-Up! Thanks for being such great pit bull ambassadors!
Chloe
My name is Matt and I adopted my beautiful pit bull from you guys a
little over a year ago. She was in a litter of 11 pups I think. Her
name was Mazie when I adopted her, but I changed her name to Chloe.
Just wanted to say how happy she has made me, and hopefully I have made
her just as happy. I attached some pics of her one from when i first got her and
others of her now. I tried to get pics of her and I together, but she
only sits still when she is laying down lol. So i have one of her on my
bed with my other pit bull Buster. I just would like for you guys to
see how she has grown :-)
Lilly (Little Girl)
Lilly was adopted by a very nice young couple. She has a dog brother to play with and gets lots of love. She loves being her cute self and being spoiled with lots of love and toys!
Scrappy (Edgar)
Scrappy is doing very well in his new home! He has lots of kids to play with and a chihuahua sister named Taco! His family wrote, "Thank you for adopting him to us, he has made an interesting addition to our family! He is loved by all and we could not ask for a better dog. He is awesome".

Eddy
Eddy was a very special boy that came back to us because his first family wasn't following the rescues guidelines. Now he is living the life! He has dog friends and human friends. Here's a picture of this sweet boy and his Chi friend. He loves the big backyard, the pool, and just napping on the couch.

Leela (Daisy)
Leela, formally known as Daisy the sweet little deaf girl, found the perfect home! Here's a picture of her and her deaf pit bull brother Bam Bam. They loves to run around and play all day long. Leela is growing fast and will soon be bigger than her bro. Watch out Bam Bam!
Odin (Baxter)
Odin, formally Baxter, was adopted by a wonderful family in Flagstaff. Baxter was returned to Ruff Road Rescue because he was terrified of everything and everyone in the house, but then got a second chance with his new family. Now he's loving life hiking with the other dogs in the pack. He is attending obedience school with his new mom and dad and is doing very well! It just shows how the perfect family is out there for every dog!! Yay for Odin!

Mila
Mila was adopted by a very loving couple! She gets to spend a lot of her time at a cabin up north exploring in the much cooler weather. Here is a picture of her from a long hike with her new family. We are so happy for this little girl.

Boo (Sasha)
Boo was adopted by Ruff Road Rescues very own photographer Dom. She has a ton of dog and cat company at her new home. What a lucky girl!

Stone (Bear)
Stone is such a happy boy in his new home. He was returned to us when his first owner realized he just wasn't ready to have a dog, but now Stone is happy as can be with his family. He gets to go camping and to the baseball fields! What a handsome boy!

Pippi
Pippi's foster mom finally decided after 9 months and two psychic readings it was time to make it official. She was adopted by our foster/ volunteer coordinator Tori. She has come such a long way and she couldn't be happier in her new home. "I love Pippi so much. It's like someone out there knew that we were destined to find each other. She makes me laugh on a daily basis and the amount of change I have seen in her is amazing."
Raylan has been a great joy in our lives and a testament to the breed. He quickly captured our hearts and the hearts of those who were concerned that we had decided to adopt a pit bull, of all breeds. He has learned to get along well with the cats, and on occasion snuggles with them next to Pamela. Now that he is older, Raylan has become my jogging buddy. He loves to go hiking with us, and I look forward to taking him on my annual fishing trip to Black River. He’s such a great dog! Thank you Ruff Road Rescue!
My boyfriend and I adopted Moose aka Oliver from RRR and I would just like to say:
"Moose loves to play around with his sister Ivy and brother Toby all day long until he sleeps. He has grown up to be such a handsome boy
and is full of energy and life so he definitely keeps us on our toes.
He loves being outdoors and traveling, whether it's in the ocean in
California or hiking in Sedona! Moose has been such a wonderful addition to our lives!"
Thank you! We love RRR!
-Stephanie and Quang
Biggie was one of the puppies from our litter of 11 puppies! His mom Katrina says, "Biggie loves the dog park and all of his friends there! He also still thinks he weighs like 20 pounds and likes to sit on your lap and snuggle! He weighs 85 pounds and is living up to his name for sure!"
Warhol was another one of the puppies from the litter of 11. He went to a very nice couple after a short foster to adopt period and they can't imagine life without him. Warhol loves his people and we just got word that he will have a new human sibling in November! Brittany made sure to tell us that she'll send pictures once the baby is here! Congratulations.
We weren't 100% sure we knew what we were getting ourselves into
when we decided to foster Henrietta, we just knew it would be good for
Gus (our pit-am bull mix) to have some company. After
only a few short weeks we knew we, Gus included, couldnt bear the
thought of having to give her to a new home. Henrietta is such a spunky
little girl and just about the biggest lover you have ever
met. We love waking up in the mornings to our babies cuddled up with
me and snoring away... And dont forget to check out both of their
Facebook pages!!!!
Much Love and Respect to the RRR Crew
